I haven’t received my e-ticket yet, now what?

If you haven’t received an e-mail with the e-tickets after a day, please check whether the mail has ended up in your spam folder. Also make sure that there is enough space your inbox to deliver the e-mail, and check whether you’re using the e-mail address you submitted when placing your order. I don’t have a printer and can’t print my e-ticket.

You don’t have to print your e-ticket: we can scan the ticket straight from your smartphone. We can also print your ticket at the festival information counter if you are unable to show the ticket on your phone. The counter is opened daily from 09:30 until 17:00.

Unfortunately, I am not able to make it to the concert, or I have excess tickets. Can I return these?

No. Tickets purchased cannot be returned. We recommend cancellation insurance. However, it is possible to put them up for sale on the ticket marketplace page (please note: this page is not managed by the festival organization):

You can request a paper order form, which you can return to us once you’ve filled it in. You can then transfer the appropriate amount. Send us an e-mail, or download the form here:

Does sold out really mean “sold out”?

Yes. The venues have limited capacity. There is a queue for people who were unable to acquire a ticket. This queue starts from the moment the doors to the concert are opened.
If you have extra tickets or are looking for tickets for a certain concert, please use our ticket marketplace page:
